It was a relief to get room after a rather disastrous stay at another hotel locally. We had stayed in NH hotels in Spain and did not realise there was one in Catania so were relieved to find it as our experiences in Spain had all been positive with this chain and they seem to be able to be consistently able to deliver their standards, regardless of where they are. The stay reminded me of why i like them and their attention to detail. This is how a chain hotel should be.

the room was OK, we had a good view of Catania and it was well equiped with items needed. the hotel is very well located close to via etnea and corso italia.... 2 main thouroughfares in catania. We need to thank the hotel for excepting to change our dates last minutes since we had some issues which inhibited us from reaching Catania as per original dates. They saved us a lot of hassle by accepting our request to change through booking.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the center but quiet. The bus to the airport stopes next to the hotel. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is also good. The air conditioner in the room really changes the temperature (not like in the latest hotels, where they only give you the illusion you can change it) and you can open the window as well.

We landed in Catania at 1:20 AM and this was one of the rare hotels which had 24h reception at no extra cost. Our check in was fast and smooth, the reception was expecting us, which was great as we wanted to get to the room as quickly as possible. The room was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Location is also good as you have many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Amazing hotel with great staff and a friendly, warm and accommodating atmosphere. House keeping is daily and although it takes sometime everything is done immaculately and as expected. Staff are approachable and friendly if you need anything and the buffet breakfast was amazing! I'd certainly visit again based on the price as you couldn't ask for anything better!
